Job summary

TUI Cruises GmbH is offering a role at the TUI BLUE Tropical Resort in Türkiye. The position is seasonal or permanent, with a starting net monthly salary of 60,625 TRY. You will host daytime and evening activities, engage guests, and ensure a memorable, high-quality experience in line with TUI standards.

Eligible candidates should be able to work in Türkiye, speak English, and German. Accommodation and meals may be provided; language lessons and learning opportunities are available.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities, while constantly interacting with our guests of all ages and nationalities.
• You also co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events for our main highlights of the week. You put the guest at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction
• You deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.
• You will help plan and run our main events during the day and evening. Your goal is to create a fun and special atmosphere that guests will always remember.

ABOUT YOU

• You are a sociable individual with excellent people skills and the personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team.
• A careful and detail-focused individual with the ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events, always keeping guest needs in mind.
• Additional skills such as singing, dancing, are appreciated but not essential.
• You feel comfortable to communicate and host the Daytime & Evening events well in English – and German.
• Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all our guests.
