Job summary

Unilever Konya HPC Factory is seeking an Engineering & Sustainability GenNext to drive transformation and operational excellence in our local supply chain. You’ll report to the Site Engineering Manager and contribute to initiatives that help brands thrive while protecting people and the planet.

This local role requires 4+ days per week, with Full Time or Part Time options. Responsibilities include performance follow-up, digital tool development with AI, sustainability Kaizens, SMP preparation

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Environmental or Mechanical preferred) or similar technical field.
• Fresh graduate (4th year or master) and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Analytical thinking with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to live in Konya.

Location: Konya HPC

Terms & Conditions: Full Time or Part Time (min 4 days/week)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Eager to learn and curious.
• University degree in engineering (preferably Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field)
• Fresh graduated, 4th grade at bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree
• Ability of analytical thinking
• Living (or willing to live) in Konya
• Ability of handling several projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
• Intermadiate English Knowledge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Problem solving skills
• Engineering with understanding of Utilities and Waste Water Treatment
