Job summary

Beko invites engineers to join its automation team in Manisa, Türkiye. You will contribute to developing production-line automation, commissioning robotics, and managing outsourced projects.

The role covers evaluating designs, algorithms, and technologies to sustain efficient robotic lines, while digitizing production and collecting data for analysis. Ideal candidates hold a control & automation or mechatronics degree, with hands-on PLC and Siemens experience, CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, NX), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in control automation or mechatronics.
• Knowledge of automation control algorithms and Siemens PLCs.
• Experience with industrial robotic automation systems.
• Experience designing factory layouts and stations.
• Ability to design in AutoCAD.
• Ability to design in 3D CAD (NX).
• Willing to coordinate and control new investment processes.
• Willing to work on project management.
• Knowledge of sheet metal forming, joining and welding.
• Knowledge of plastic injection technologies.
• Knowledge of machinery design.
• C# or Python is a plus.
• Effective presentation skills.

• Planning, managing, and executing projects
• Researching new technologies and integrating them into existing or new projects

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Control & Automation, Mechatronics Engineering,
• Knowledge of automation control algorithms and PLCs (Especially Siemens)
• Working experience on industrial robotic automation systems
• Working experience preparing factory layouts and station layouts
• Ability to design in AutoCAD
• Ability to design in 3D CAD software (Especially NX )
• Willing to work on coordinating and controlling new investment processes technically and financially
• Willing to work on project management
• Knowledge of sheet metal forming, joining, and welding processes
• Knowledge of plastic injection technologies
• Knowledge of machinery design
• Knowledge of C# or Python Programming languages is a plus,
• Having effective presentation skills.
