Baykar in Türkiye is seeking an Engine Electrical Systems Test and Failure Analysis Engineer to design, develop, and validate electrical power and communication architectures for piston and gas turbine engines used in UAVs.
You will lead test setup, perform fault analysis, coordinate with software, mechanical, and systems teams, and ensure MIL-STD environmental and qualification testing is completed, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

As the Propulsion Electronics Systems Development Group, we design and develop electronic control and drive systems for various types of engines, as well as the electromagnetic designs of electric motors. In addition, we work on FADEC systems, engine starting systems, fuel pump drivers, actuators, and engine instrumentation solutions, while also carrying out the electronic design of flight control surface systems used on aircraft. Additionally, we manage the integration of these systems and engines into air vehicles, delivering reliable, high-performance products which is appropriate to platform-specific requirements.
We are looking for candidates who can contribute to our company in the development and setup of test systems for piston and gas turbine engines used in unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as in conducting test activities, managing field testing and troubleshooting processes, and performing analysis and evaluation studies.
