Job summary

NativeMinds is seeking a Mobile App Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and support our growth.

This role goes beyond writing screens; you own mobile products end-to-end, ship features quickly, make technical decisions, and collaborate with product, design, and marketing to turn ideas into scalable experiences for iOS and Android.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production mobile applications.
• Experience with Flutter or native iOS/Android development.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, state management, networking, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and mobile services.
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play release processes.
• Strong programming skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Comfortable using modern development tools, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve cross-platform mobile applications used by millions of users.
• Own the mobile development lifecycle from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful features.
• Optimize app performance, reliability, and user experience across iOS and Android.
• Integrate third-party services such as Stripe, Firebase, analytics platforms, push notifications, and subscription SDKs.
• Ship high-quality features quickly while maintaining clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Identify technical improvements and proactively drive mobile platform initiatives.
