Design the Future of Work at Tüpraş

Join us at Tüpraş as our Employee Experience Design Manager and shape how our people live and feel work — from their first interaction to their last.
In this strategic yet hands-on role, you will lead the design of end-to-end employee journeys, applying service design and design thinking tools to create moments that truly matter. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance wellbeing, engagement, and workplace culture across all Tüpraş locations.
What You Will Do?
- Monitor employee engagement, experience, and wellbeing trends, as well as global best practices to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop data-driven strategies to resolve pain points and elevate satisfaction and wellbeing.
- Design employee experience journeys aligned with company values and strategic goals.
- Translate insights into actionable initiatives through design methodologies such as journey mapping and service design.
- Define and track KPIs to assess the success of employee experience and wellbeing programs.
- Monitor and document the effectiveness of employee experience-related programs.
- Coordinate and guide employee experience initiatives across all Tüpraş locations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Communities of Practice, and cross-functional leaders.
- Champion Manager Experience efforts by engaging leaders to foster a consistent and positive organizational atmosphere.
- Contribute to internal and external communication strategies that reflect our people-first culture.
What We Look For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, employee experience, service design, or user/customer experience.
- Strong learning agility, curiosity, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling skills.
- A deep sense of empathy and a genuine passion for people-centered design.
Technical & Design Skills
- Service Design (Design Thinking, Journey Mapping, Persona Creation)
- Digital Design & Collaboration Tools (e.g., Mural, Miro, Figma)
- Data Analysis Tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Excel, SPSS)
- Data Visualization Platforms (e.g., Power BI, heatmaps)
- Strong command of research methodologies and survey design
