Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Third Party Manufacturer and Technical Transfer QA Manager–EMEA in Istanbul. The role leads quality oversight of TPMs, ensures cGMP compliance, and drives QTAs, CAPAs, and product transfers across the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Operations, and MS&T to enable lifecycle management, localization projects, and robust quality systems while traveling up to 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supervisory experience in QA, Operations, or Pharmaceutical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in QA and/or Quality Control functions.
• Comprehensive understanding of sterile and non-sterile manufacturing and testing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, QA systems, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality oversight and performance of TPMs across EMEA.
• Lead QTAs preparation, approval, and maintenance.
• Manage quality systems: investigations, CAPAs, PQRs, deviations, and changes.
• Coordinate product transfers, site qualifications, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, and MS&T teams.
