Weir is seeking a Senior Logistics Lead to manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics across EMEA, with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will lead a geographically dispersed team, partner with stakeholders across functions, and drive safety and efficiency in operations.

The role requires significant global logistics experience, proficiency with SAP logistics modules, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in global logistics operations and trade compliance.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams across multiple functions.
• Experience developing governance policies and compliance procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inbound logistics processes, drive Lean improvements, and define SLAs with stakeholders.
• Oversee outbound logistics, maintain SAP lead times, and monitor daily performance while ensuring HSE compliance.
• Lead creation and implementation of the EMEA trade governance framework and audits.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and external partners to align logistics with business needs.
• Manage a geographically dispersed team across EMEA, providing guidance and development.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety in all activities to support a world-class safety culture.
