GE Healthcare seeks aCategory Manager – IT to drive regional IT sourcing strategies and partner with CIO and IT leadership across the EMEA region. You will manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and guide contract management for IT categories including Resellers, Telecom, End User Services, Mobility, and more.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, global governance understanding, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT sourcing experience in global environments.
• Ability to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and balance cost, quality, service, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional IT sourcing strategies in partnership with IT leadership.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management across IT categories.
• Manage RFx processes, SOWs, and commercial engagements across EMEA IT services.
• Collaborate with Finance, Vendor Management, Compliance, and Legal on high-value agreements.
