Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Gebze Electrification & Automation Factory is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support reliable operation of production equipment and electrical systems. This role operates on a 3-shift system with weekly shift rotation.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose electrical failures, and assist with installation, start-up and commissioning. A vocational high school or associate degree in electrical, electronics or mechatronics is required,

Qualifications

Vocational High School or Associate Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
Experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot technical issues.
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Availability to work in a 3-shift system with weekly rotation.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and electrical equipment.
Diagnose electrical failures and carry out repair activities to minimize downtime.
Support the maintenance of factory electrical infrastructure systems.
Execute machine setup, start-up, and commissioning activities.
Contribute to installation and improvement projects within the factory.
Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with Siemens health, safety, and quality standards.
