We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in İzmir Plant. The individual will directly report to Maintenance Manager.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring more effective and efficient operations continuity of the Plant; planning and performing electrical maintenance activities, determining, planning and implementing the required projects by researching new technologies.


Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing Electrical Technicians through coaching, performance monitoring and training
  • Organizing duty distribution, monitoring attendance, overtime and leaves, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo culture and HR policies
  • Leading Predictive, Planned, Preventive, Corrective and Reactive maintenance activities and recording all maintenance operations

  • Actively participating in inspections and planned maintenance, applying root cause analysis methods such as 5 Why and Fishbone to breakdowns and productivity losses

  • Managing spare parts and consumables, defining critical stock levels, coordinating with OEMs and suppliers, handling the MyBuy process with Purchasing

  • Supervising subcontractors and ensuring timely completion of outsourced tasks

  • Leading Capex projects in line with technical specifications and company standards

  • Participating in Lean agenda, Productivity, Standard Work and Improvement projects, and supporting QCDM and PEMM actions

  • Monitoring departmental budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and energy management, following consumption data and taking corrective actions

  • Ensuring compliance with GEHSMS, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, FSSC, AIB and legal standards

  • Managing Fire Safety, Work Safety and Work Permit processes, supporting Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental and Food Safety systems

  • Controlling fixed assets operations for new equipment, assisting in inventory and spare parts counts, accompanying audits and closing actions on time

  • Preparing and supporting department presentations, keeping quality system records updated, communicating with government agencies and institutions regarding technical controls and energy notifications

  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and orientation of new personnel, giving proposals to increase skills, effectiveness and motivation of employees

  • Playing an active role in employee engagement, social activities and organizations
