Senior Human Resources Manager (Onsite)
- University Degree
- Min. 10 years of HR experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or senior HRBP role within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience in labor relations, union negotiations, and collective bargaining agreements
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent development, and workforce planning
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements in an international environment
- Experience working in a matrix organization with regional/global HR collaboration
- Excellent level of English
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands on, ability to influence and drive change in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in HR systems, analytics, and reporting tools
- Able to work onsite
- No travel restrictions when necessary
Job Description
- Reporting to General Manager Turkiye and Dotted Line Regional/Global HR Lead
- Managing a team of 5 including HQ and Plant
- Partner with the General Manager and senior leadership to define and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Act as a key advisor on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent development
- Align local HR policies and initiatives with global HR strategies while ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Manage union relations, collective bargaining agreements, and labor negotiations to foster a positive industrial climate
- Lead grievance handling, dispute resolution, and workplace investigations to ensure fair treatment and legal compliance
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity, retention, and workplace culture
- Implement succession planning, leadership development, and career progression programs for key roles
- Identify and develop high-potential employees, ensuring a strong talent pipeline
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through targeted training and development initiatives
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management processes in alignment with corporate guidelines
- Ensure HR policies and labor law compliance while mitigating risks related to employment practices
- Leverage HR data analytics to support workforce planning, productivity tracking, and decision-making
- Lead HR initiatives during business transformation, mergers, or expansions
- Drive cultural change and employee engagement strategies in a dynamic manufacturing setting
- Act as a coach to senior leaders and managers on HR best practices and people management
