Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial reporting with strong IFRS knowledge.
• Experience in audit and consolidation, preferably at public companies.

What you'll do?

• Take ownership of the group consolidation and financial reporting processes across multiple entities, playing a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial insights.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Lead and coordinate the external audit process, acting as the main point of contact for auditors.
• Partner closely with key functions such as Budget&Planning, Investor Relations, Accounting and treasury to support alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and support ongoing system development projects.

What we're waiting for you?

• A detailed oriented and analytical finance professional with strong knowledge of IFRS and financial consolidation.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience in financial reporting, including at least 5 years in audit, complemented by strong in-house company experience in consolidation, preferably within publicly listed companies.
• IFRS 16 and IAS 29 experience preferred.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with related departments.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems.
• Ready to work on-site at our Ataşehir office.
