Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in banking and payment systems
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint with hands-on experience
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies
  • Proven track record in managing transformation projects
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively
  • Strategic thinking to foresee and address potential challenges proactively
  • Expertise in managing project budgets with confidence and efficiency
  • Strong persuasive skills to align teams with project goals
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and apply cause-and-effect relationships
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required

Key Responsibilities

  • Define critical success factors, establish project scope, develop detailed activities, prioritize tasks, create schedules, and allocate resources efficiently
  • Ensure seamless integration of project scope, budget, team coordination, and timelines to achieve objectives
  • Apply change management strategies to adapt to evolving project scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring continuity
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, inform stakeholders promptly, and provide detailed reports on actions taken and outcomes achieved
  • Foster collaboration with software development and consulting service suppliers within project frameworks
  • Manage project-related procurement activities, including invoice tracking and budget monitoring
  • Organize project kickoff and closure activities, conduct executive briefings, evaluate lessons learned, and ensure compliance with critical success factors
  • Guarantee full compliance with SDLC standards across all project phases
