This position reports to

Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Ensures customer focus, understanding of prompt attention, and care in their direct area of responsibility, Builds sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction, and retention together with sales, Facilitates consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS)), Allocates, drives, and monitors work based on order content, delivery time, competencies, and workload, Effectively utilizes available resources through proper planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets (e.g., On Time Delivery (OTD), response time, ordered service offerings, and update of Installed Based (IB) data), Ensures that materials and components to feed service delivery are provided, optimizing cost, stock, and timing, Continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements ensure service excellence in their own area of responsibility, Facilitates continuous service productivity improvement activities in the assigned service team, Utilizes efficient tools to streamline service processes to support the customer.

Qualifications for the role

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering,
  • At least 3+ years' experience in Field service business,
  • Effective planning, organizational and leadership skills,
  • Very good communication, quality oriented, interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
  • Result oriented, customer focused, proficient in teamwork and collaboration,
  • Self-discipline and motivation,
  • Proficient knowledge of MV/LV distribution and automation solutions,
  • Fluent in Turkish, Advanced level of English, both written and spoken,
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling,
