We are now seeking a dynamic and organized Service Coordinator to join our team and help drive our service operations. As a Service Coordinator, you will be the pivotal link between our field service team, clients, and internal departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of service operations by effectively coordinating and dispatching field service engineers, managing service schedules, supporting the service center, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and daily management of service engineers' work schedules
  2. Support with the schedule of the Local Service Engineers and using planning tools.
  3. Make sure all needed documentation is in place, and close customer cases when finalized.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or other 4-year programs.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a field service or technical service environment.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  7. Fluency in English.
