ABOUT THE ROLE

The R&D Project Proposal Writer will develop project proposals for Jotform’s R&D activities. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of computer science and cloud based software applications, strong communication skills, and clear and concise writing skills.

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Stay on top of Jotform products and new features, and frame specific projects
• Develop a project innovation strategy and a work plan for project proposals
• Manage the entire application process, from document preparation to regular communication with stakeholders and formal application to relevant institutions
• Prepare periodic reports and submit them to relevant institutions
• Prepare presentations to relevant institutions
• Follow regulation changes and stay up to date with industry best practices and R&D principles

Education, Work Experience, and Technical Requirements

• University degree in science or engineering
• 3+ years experience writing R&D project proposals
• Solid understanding of R&D principles
• Knowledge of and experience following project management methodologies
• Knowledge of and experience preparing project documentation and project presentations
• Strong math skills
• Excellent command of English
