What you’ll do

• We are looking for a DevOps Service Engineer – Provisioning & Mediation in the IT Provisioning & Mediation Engineering Team. You will be responsible for the successful ongoing operation and management of the Provisioning environment and application servers that run critical business processes.
• As a DevOps Service Engineer, you will work closely with the team and stakeholders to build and deliver processes. Responsibilities include managing applications such as PRF (Provisioning Framework), PMS (Promotion Management System), RAID WeDo/Mobileum (Revenue Assurance), Topup_Dispatcher services on Kafka, Cloud Services (OpenShift, Kubernetes), CEIR, CLI services, and provisioning actions for new projects, as well as resolving customer incidents or requests during daily operations.
• You will also be responsible for BCM and Disaster Recovery operations within the Provisioning & Mediation systems in Ankara.
• Provide 24/7 operational support and necessary operational solutions for IT service management.
• Discover, define, and analyze all IT actions on services, ensuring accessibility, performance, and deployment effectiveness.
• Execute ITIL processes, resolve incidents, manage demands, defects, and deployments, and participate in audits (SOX, ISO, etc.).
• Own the functionality of products/services to meet operational needs, including performance management and reporting.
• Plan capacity to ensure platform availability and performance against demand forecasts.
• Assist team members in improving operational knowledge and structure.
• Participate in technical design meetings and lead large initiatives and stakeholder journeys.
• Support business continuity by maintaining provisioning services and restoring services during disasters.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Programming, or related fields.
• Good communication skills, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly under pressure and tight deadlines in an international environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovation.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux, Bash/Shell scripting, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with OpenShift, Kibana, Jenkins, RPA, UC4, HPOO is a plus.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and AppDynamics is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; ITIL V4 certification is a plus.
