What you´ll do
- Performs transformational initiatives on sales support excellence (incl. customer, category, channel, shopper)
- Owns implementation of global / regional framework, policy and strategy on sales support development
- Provides feedback on global / regional strategic projects on sales support excellence to ensure local success
- Enforces sales support discipline through the monitoring of KPI achievement with growth targets and priorities
- Drives execution of sales support excellence and alignment of implementation with local stakeholders per customer / channel / category
- Drives best practice tool analysis and knowledge to support operational sales functions and to monitor, improve and drive business
- Summarizes and conveys actionable insights out of external / internal data sources
- Performs pricing, promo efficiency, assortment and trade investment analysis to develop guidelines and recommendations with sales and marketing
- Monitors competitors’ activities and provides insights
- Drives internal and external discussion on drivers of performance with local external stakeholders together with KAM function
- Prepares, builds and conveys sales story to achieve defined targets
- Based on customer and competitor benchmarks, recommends data purchase depth/type and frequencies
What makes you a good fit
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Traditional Trade Management in an FMCG company is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Self-confident professional who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
- Advanced user of MS Office applications
- Valid driving license is required
