We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Trainee to join our regional marketing team and help shape unforgettable brand experiences across the Mediterranean Region.

What’s the vibe?
You’ll be part of a dynamic international team, working on real projects that make a real impact — from new hotel openings to influencer collabs. It’s your chance to dive into brand strategy, content creation, guest experience, and much more.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Bring our brand to life by helping roll out standards and guest experience tools across our hotels
  • Adapt and design marketing content in multiple languages (yes, creativity is part of the job!)
  • Support exciting media campaigns, PR events & influencer activations
  • Keep internal teams connected through comms, SharePoint updates, and reporting
  • Be part of new hotel openings and help integrate them into our brand ecosystem
Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • A recent Marketing grad who’s great at writing, curious, and full of fresh ideas
  • Creative and detail-oriented (you’ve got both sides of the brain covered)
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel & SharePoint
  • Fluent in English (must-have) + Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese, depending on your location
  • A proactive, team-spirited doer who loves hospitality
