TDG is looking for new colleagues for our team, who will support us as Administrative Assistant with the following tasks:
The administrative specialist position provides transaction, marketing, and administrative support to global commercial activities. This role executes the corporate marketing strategy locally, offering insights for refinement, and acts as the on-site liaison for operations, research, IT, and accounting, which are supported remotely. The goal is to provide excellent transaction, HR, marketing, business development, and administrative support while enhancing the brand.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting industry-leading managers and sales reps. This role requires a customer-service-focused attitude and offers opportunities for growth in marketing, business development, and commercial areas. Support is primarily provided by the corporate marketing team, which offers access to top industry tools, software, and ongoing training.
Administrative Support
- Assist in scheduling meetings and conference room bookings
- Assist with couriers, contractors, and mail delivery as needed
- Assist with local personnel onboarding and off-boarding
- Assist with new equipment setup and IT initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness
- Assist with expense reports and travel arrangements
- Maintain personal time-card
- Support customers and partners during invoicing, payment, and collection processes
- Assist employees with HR, IT, Marketing, and Finance processes
- Demonstrate a driver/enabler personality with efficiency focus
- Be open to change and self-development
- Seek to develop technical and domain knowledge
- Show a highly committed personality and a desire to achieve

- Perform other administrative functions as needed
Transaction, Marketing, & Business Development Support
- Ensure all communications and collateral align with brand standards
- Create printed and digital marketing materials
- Manage email campaigns and newsletters
- Maintain listings, client info, and bios on websites and third-party sites
- Update and segment contact databases and mailing lists
- Support research analysts with market data and research
- Prepare transaction documents and reports
- Assist managers and sales reps with transaction management
- Support marketing-related computer usage, including email signatures and document styling
Communications, Public Relations, Social Media, and Events
- Create and distribute press releases
- Revise and distribute HR-related press releases
- Support award applications for the office and employees
- Identify speaking opportunities for team positioning
- Assist in event planning for trade shows and corporate events
- Help employees enhance their professional presence online
- Manage social media accounts to maintain brand standards and increase followers
Qualifications
- Team player with a customer-service attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or PR preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; Illustrator a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience in email marketing, PR, social media, database management, and event coordination preferred
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, ethical, and a team player
- No travel restrictions
- Hourly contract
