Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a key role in analyzing business needs, improving processes, and supporting the development of scalable solutions across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional deliverables
  • Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement, automation, or simplification
  • Prepare functional documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Participate in planning, testing, and implementation phases to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and UI/UX teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support end-user testing and assist in issue resolution during UAT phases
  • Track project progress, follow up on action items, and support change management efforts
  • Maintain and continuously improve process and solution documentation
  • Actively contribute to service-level testing, including test case creation, execution, and validation of API and integration endpoints

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 1 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Experience in testing services and APIs within integration projects or backend systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in documenting requirements and business processes using standard methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project environments
  • Comfortable working with SQL or data for validation and analysis purposes
  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge or experience in banking or insurance processes is a plus
