• Ensuring that relevant category meets and exceeds monthly/quarterly/annual sales and profitability targets
• Developing and maintaining fruitful relations with vendors in line with company policy and commercial objectives
• Holding full ownership of contracting processes with vendors to make sure they perform in line with our standards
• Creating, executing and reporting product campaigns
• Acting as a bridge between the vendors and corporate functions to ensure smooth operations in terms of logistics, stock optimization and customer services
• Continuously searching for new vendors, products and sub-categories to further develop the business and increase customer satisfaction
• Following up the positioning & performance of relevant products on our website to take relevant actions in a proactive manner
• Conducting competitor analysis & market research studies to present the optimum pricing options for our customers
• Always keeping an eye on global e-tailers for best practices

• BA/BSc degree in relevant academic disciplines
• For ''Category Specialist'' minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail or FMCG industries
• Progressive marketplace experience in category management in e-commerce or retail industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English
• Advanced skills in MS Office Programs
