Job Description:

Mainly responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of local automation equipment in Turkey, and occasionally travel to other countries, able to adapt to traveling.

  1. Carry out routine repair/maintenance instrument and solutions work
  2. Independently complete the installation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting for overseas client equipments and instruments (such as extractors, automatic pipettes, etc.) in the molecular biology field of the company.
  3. Improve the customers' satisfaction and loyalty
  4. Collect and feedback customer requirements and product market intelligence , support continuous upgrade and optimization of solutions
  5. Provide a communication link between the customer and the company to ensure effective service to customers, and handle customer’s complaint

Requirements:

Biology/Mechatronics/physics related major

  1. Bachelor degree or above
  2. Proficient in English. Speaking Mandarin is a plus.
  3. At least 1-3 years experience in after-sale service of automated medical equipment, skilled in the use of common after-sale tools, such as voltmeter
  4. Highly responsible for work, always take customer satisfaction as the orientation, proactively solve customer problems, and ensure the quality and efficiency of after-sales service.
  5. Have strong learning ability, can quickly master new knowledge, new technology and new methods, and constantly improve their professional quality and business ability
  6. Professional, willing to accept challenges and pressure, able to work well in a complex and ever-changing environment.
