• Build the future: Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services using .NET or Go.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent English skills: You’re a clear communicator, both spoken and written.
• Technical foundation: You have a solid knowledge of programming and database fundamentals. Previous experience with .NET or Go is preferred but not required - we’re looking for strong problem-solving skills and a solid technical base.
• Backend expertise: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing Web APIs using standard architectures such as REST or GraphQL.
• Distributed systems wizardry: You understand microservices and event-driven architectures and excel in asynchronous programming with tools like Kafka, SQS, SNS, AMQP, or RabbitMQ.
• Leadership mindset: You’ve mentored others and led technical initiatives with confidence.
• Scalability hero: You’ve built and optimized backend services that handle the real-world demands of scale.
• Quality-driven approach: Testing isn’t an afterthought for you. It’s part of your DNA (unit, integration, and functional testing).
