A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the taste buds
  • Managing daily patisserie activities, coaching and developing a team that can serve the guest
  • Encouraging and addressing guest feedback
  • Helping our Executive Chef plan events
  • Forecasting, planning, and budgeting
  • Providing professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting colleagues
  • Managing the quality and quantity of the pastry department, coordinating production for banquet and restaurant functions
  • Developing new sweets, pastries, and bread products
Required Skills

What we need from you

  • Degree or certificate in pastry arts
  • Previous leadership experience in a Pastry department
  • Diploma or certification in a culinary discipline
  • Knowledge of sugar work and chocolate skills is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
