Welcome to Logistics!

We're strengthening our Distribution Center team and looking for our Impex Associates to join us!

As an Impex Associate, you support day-to-day import and export execution, ensure compliance with standards, and support global initiatives for Trade and Customs enhancements.

You will:

1. Administrate local import and export processes for commercial and NCG.
2. Timely prepare and administer entries for customs clearance and support compliance with global rules, standards, and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs.
3. Support opportunities to optimize regional customs and tax in line with local regulations and aligned with Global Trade & Customs department and strategies, including international transport matters such as shipment tracing, monitoring, freight invoicing, and reviewing.
4. Communicate with state customs and other regulatory agencies on a day-to-day operational basis.
5. Collaborate closely with Tax and Accounting to ensure compliance with country requirements.

Who You Are

We are looking for people with…

• Minimum 2 years of strong expertise in a relevant field.
• Understanding of global Trade & Customs rules and regulations for regional execution.
• Overview of relevant regional market environment and cross-border trade relationships.
• Knowledge of international forwarding and import/export processes across all types of cross-border flows.
• Advanced proficiency in Office 365 Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
• Good knowledge of common IT applications; SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Minimum B2 Level English & C2 Level Turkish, both written and verbal.
