As Ford Otosan, we are looking for a Logistics Network Design Specialist to further advance our strong logistics infrastructure. This role is responsible for creating and continuously improving the logistics network design for both material and vehicle logistics at Ford Otosan's various production facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Developing end-to-end logistics network designs for material and vehicle logistics operations, conducting continuous improvement studies of the current structure
2. Leading in all stages from the idea of new logistics projects to implementation
3. Conducting studies focused on cost reduction, process improvement, and efficiency increase
4. Designing new transportation routes and implementing all processes such as contract processes, performance monitoring, invoicing, and payment
5. Creating action plans by analyzing logistics capacities and applying required adjustments
6. Developing optimized solutions by working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
7. Supporting decision processes by utilizing advanced data analytics and digital tools

Required Qualifications:

1. Graduation from the Industrial Engineering department of universities
2. Having analytical thinking skills and project management competence
3. Competent in change management, high persuasion ability, and passionate about achieving results
4. Prone to teamwork, high communication skills, able to maintain a positive perspective
5. Good level of English proficiency
6. Experience in logistics (process, equipment, performance, contract), preferably in the automotive sector
7. Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Power BI, MS Excel, AutoCAD, Anylogistix, etc., is an advantage
