Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, or Econometrics.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel at a professional level.
- Familiar with basic accounting principles.

Job Description
- Periodically control cash movements (daily, weekly, monthly, annually) and report to top management.
- Prepare the previous day's closing balance report every morning for the finance manager.
- Manage withdrawal of idle amounts from accounts to main bank accounts.
- Record all company bank account movements into SAP daily (with a 1-day delay).
- Ensure daily reconciliation of bank accounts and SAP system.
- Control daily and weekly bank and system records for accuracy.
- Oversee import payments requested by the import team, report to the assistant finance manager, and process approved payments.
- Control payments and share SWIFT messages with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance of bank transactions such as rent, salary, and supplier payments.
- Make all tax payments and share receipts with the accounting department.
- Prepare information for audit firms periodically.
- Create instructions for cash payments, money transfers, EFT transactions, and check payments.
- Prepare weekly personnel expense payment instructions based on information from the accounting department.
- Report monthly bank reconciliations to the finance manager and director.
- Obtain and verify withholding tax letters from banks monthly, then share with the accounting department.
- Make and monitor electricity payments for stores.
- Ensure correct recording of customer checks in SAP.
- Report daily on customer checks and promissory notes.
- Monitor guarantee letter processes and maintain system records.
- Support and backup the assistant finance manager in payment, banking, and rent processes.
