We are looking for Process & Maintenance Engineers to join our Engineering & Maintenance Department in Adapazarı (Sakarya).

Job Description

Your tasks will include:

1. Leading injection molding & seat manufacturing engineering & maintenance activities.
2. Improving process efficiency regarding safety, quality, and operational availability.
3. Focusing on part quality to eliminate defects and scraps.
4. Analyzing technical drawings, reviewing standards, and quality requirements.
5. Assessing process risks with P-FMEA and IATF standards, preparing process plans, and conducting capacity calculations.
6. Optimizing secondary injection/PU molding systems and related equipment for kaizen activities.
7. Contributing to kaizen activities to improve operation availability and GSPH level.
8. Planning and conducting maintenance activities.
9. Creating and monitoring maintenance instructions and standards.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, injection molding, polyurethane, project management, or maintenance.
• Knowledge of injection molding, manufacturing processes, machine parameters, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Japanese suppliers or OEMs is a plus.
• Automotive sector experience and TPS knowledge are assets.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Knowledge of 3D/2D modeling (Catia, AutoCAD) and tooling project tools (Moldflow, Autoform).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Team player with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, deadline-oriented.
• Willing to travel abroad for training/business.
• Driver’s license and experience.
• Completed or scheduled military service for male candidates.
• Reside or willing to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli.
