Job description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Receiving information from the Team Leader of the previous shift.
  2. Informing the Team Leader of the next shift.
  3. Forwarding received information to the Shift Manager.
  4. Following up on series changes in the lines.
  5. Coordinating line openings and closings.
  6. Informing the Shift Manager in case of improper production.
  7. Ensuring the line reaches production targets.
  8. Collaborating with the line technician to resolve technical problems in production.
  9. Controlling stocks of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
  10. Monitoring productivity, traceability, lot documentation, MPI, and TPMs.
  11. Maintaining records related to production lines.
  12. Providing training to production operators.
  13. Ensuring compliance with work safety rules.
  14. Maintaining order and cleanliness at work stations, including clothing and equipment.
  15. Reporting to the Shift Manager about work station status, employee rotations, trainings, holidays, overtime, and scheduling issues, while also analyzing opportunities for production improvements.

Education & Experience

  • Knowledge of automotive quality standards (ISO 16949).
  • Experience with quality control methods (MPI, SPC).
  • Familiarity with maintenance systems (TPM).
  • Team management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of 7S workplace organization.
  • Knowledge of ESD procedures.
