What You’ll Bring:

  • University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
  • Previous work or internship experience in mobile games or app user acquisition preferably on UA or Performance/Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative perspective in developing user acquisition and monetization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to scale player growth for our games.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Applovin, Mintegral, etc.).
  • Track and analyze key metrics (CPI, LTV, ROAS) to ensure efficient growth.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve creatives, targeting, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to to define KPIs and ensure alignment with overall game goals.
  • Discover new growth channels and partnership opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and marketing technologies.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover insights and creative strategies.
  • Contribute to creative ideation by generating and testing new concepts, themes, and visual directions tailored to target audiences.
