What you’ll do

Data Services Management
• Accountable for support SDWAN technologies
• Accountable for support wifi technologies
• Accountable for support Internet, MPLSVPN, IP technologies
• Accountable for support corporate customer P2P, xDSL, VFNET Fiber, RL, ME working on VFNET, Mobile or Turk Telekom Infrastructure
• Accountable for support wholesale customer P2P, xDSL, VFNET Fiber, RL, ME working on VFNET, Mobile or Turk Telekom Infrastructure
• Accountable for testing/checking/configuring customer routers/switches/modems in order to provide their connectivity to VFNET or mobile network (Nokia Huawei, Cisco Core PE Routers)
• To ensure permanent solutions for problems occurred during operation
• Accountable for following predefined escalation with related teams or organization if an installation exceeds KPI limits
• To provide quick resolution if any problem occurs during support
• To manage or coordinate other support teams (voice, security, cloud,etc)
• Accountable for communicate with wholesale or corporate customers by conference call for technical issues
• Accountable for preparing LLD for complex customer network structure
• Accountable for preparing performans and root-cause reports and taking actions on failing points.

Information Security
• Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
• Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
• Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
• Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.

Business Continuity
• Ensure that VFTR BCM policy /standard ,procedures ,plans implemented and works carried out in compliance with BS 25999 -2:2007 Standard
• Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
• Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR

Who you are

• Degree qualified in science or engineering
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Telecommunication sector
• Hands on experience on SDWAN and SDLAN technologies (Fortinet, Huawei, etc)
• Hands on experience on wifi technologies (Aruba, Huawei, etc)
• Hands on experience on Cisco, Nokia, Huawei PE Routers
• Hands on experience on Juniper, Huawei and Cisco Routers, Switches, Modems
• Hands on experience of passive network equipments (fiber modules, wan and lan connection modules, connectors) and their connection standards
• Having full knowledge of L2 layer networking configuration
• Good understanding of Turk Telekom Infrastructure
• Good understanding of IP, Internet, MPLSVPN Networking
• Good understanding of DC networks
• Hand on experience of Designing of complex networks
• Deep experience of Traffic engineering and QOS technologies
• At least 3 years hand on experience of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF; ISIS,EIGRP)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Having full knowledge of CCNP/CCIE contents.
