World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL manages its own loan portfolio as well as third-party portfolios, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce. This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Location Requirements: Must live and be legally authorized to work in Turkey, LATAM, or India.

The role requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a professional customer service approach, a team-oriented attitude, and effective verbal and written communication skills. Valuation Analysts need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze real estate collateral pledged in connection with loan applications to estimate value, using comparable data from online sources such as Zillow, Redfin, and others.
2. Research local U.S. real estate markets.
3. Create exhibits for reports.
4. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, email composition, and updating documents and systems.
5. Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. 100% fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
2. Experience in banking, real estate, and/or real estate appraisal.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Teams experience is a plus.
4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
5. Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
