We are seeking a Payment Product Owner to join our team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Deliver ongoing development of the Payments domain on Web & App platforms and post-launch support,
• Manage the roadmap, quarterly planning, and prioritization for Payments and third-party integrations,
• Develop and launch new features to enhance user experience on checkout and payment pages,
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Legal), external partners, and product/engineering teams,
• Conduct market research to understand market trends, competition, and user needs, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, reduce friction, and eliminate pain points,
• Analyze product performance data to inform the product roadmap and determine necessary upgrades or improvements based on checkout metrics.

What You Need To Know (or Skills / Competencies)

• 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, payment systems, or banking,
• Understanding of agile product management, including creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and user-acceptance testing,
• Knowledge of the digital payment ecosystem, including card-based and alternative payment methods,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including remote collaboration experience,
• Proactive team player with a 'can do' attitude,
• Attention to detail and a highly analytical mindset,
• Ability to handle ambiguity and propose solutions,
• Results-oriented with a focus on quality and delivery,
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines,
• Experience in fintech or payment roles is a plus.
