Process Engineer

Your Tasks

1. Define optimal process parameters.
2. Manage process run-in and planning (including layout).
3. Implement CIP projects.
4. Conduct and analyze production trials.
5. Identify weaknesses in existing systems and processes; develop and implement improvement concepts.
6. Initiate measures to ensure KPIs are met.
7. Ensure the availability of plant equipment.
8. Train operating personnel.
9. Initiate CIP measures.

Your Qualifications

1. Degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience.
3. Experience in analyzing and executing process engineering projects.
4. Ability to work independently and produce high-quality results.
5. Experience in setting process parameters and handling complex tasks.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
7. Specialized knowledge in rubber technology/extrusion is desirable.
8. Good written and spoken English skills; minimum level B1, upper intermediate preferred.
9. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
