We are seeking an Electric Part Development Engineer to join Hyundai Motor Türkiye, located in İzmit / Kocaeli.

We Want You To

1. Be responsible for QCDD (Quality, Cost, Development & Delivery) functions during the project phase and after mass production begins.
2. Perform cost calculations, quotation analysis, and verification of supplier costs against part drawings and specifications.
3. Update prices regularly for raw materials, exchange rates, and labor resources. Conduct main supplier line visits for price control.
4. Follow up on engineering order (EO) changes from receipt to implementation, managing price effects and payments for modifications.
5. Manage quality of parts and suppliers throughout each project phase and address quality issues during mass production.
6. Ensure departmental objectives related to cost, quality, and innovation are achieved annually.

You Will Also Need To Have

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
3. Proficiency in analyzing large datasets in Excel, creating macros, and strong PowerPoint reporting skills.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, result-oriented approach, and excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
5. Teamwork orientation and leadership capabilities to manage and create work teams.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
7. Ability to manage tasks with clear targets and objectives.
8. Effective time management skills and adaptability to tight schedules.
9. No restrictions on travel; active driver with a B class license is required.
10. Residency in Kocaeli.
