Your Responsibilities

  1. Leading, training and recruitment of refurbishment center associates
  2. Resource planning and efficiency management of site, equipment, processes, managing stakeholder activities
  3. Responsibility for department KPIs, Health, Safety and Environment activities
  4. Management of recycling activities of spare parts and finished goods
  5. Fulfills responsibilities and performs necessary actions according to the Quality Management System
Your Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields

- 8+ years of Customer Service experience

- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools

- Proven experience in people management and project management

- Fluent in English with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
