The Opportunity

This position works at Istanbul location in the International Finance Division that we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

What You’ll Do

• Leading Independent and Tax Audit
• To manage daily operation in cost accounting, financial reporting and tax department
• Control and approve of monthly & quarterly tax declaration
• Providing preparation and necessary controls of Provisional Income Tax & Corporate Income Tax declaration
• Pursue tax legislative developments and adapt changes to company environment, assessing their impacts on ongoing Financial Targets and Business Models
• Perform and provide US GAAP financial reporting and accounting.
• Responsible from the calculation of adjustments from US GAAP to Turkish GAAP.
• Responsible for the control and tracking of Intercompany Billing processes and reconciliations
• Transfer Pricing Management and analysis
• Follow and apply E-platform processes from local legislation perspective (E-Ledger, e-invoices, e-archive, e-dispatch processes)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance
• 8-10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax
• Extensive working knowledge of accounts, financials and taxation
• Building relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong working knowledge of financial statements and reports
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Experience in leading a team
• Ability to interpret financial data
• Good sense of organization and curiosity
