Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to oversee and lead project control activities for our Metro/Railway Projects. This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring the effective planning, monitoring, and control of project cost, schedule, and progress performance throughout the lifecycle of the metro/railway projects.

You will work closely with project management team, engineering lead, contractor, and stakeholder to ensure one of the region's most critical public transportation development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project control systems covering cost control, planning/scheduling, earned value management, and reporting.
• Establish the baseline program and cost control plan in alignment with contract requirements and project objectives.
• Monitor project performance, progress, and productivity using advanced project control tools and methodologies.
• Lead risk analysis and forecasting activities to identify potential issues and proactively recommend corrective actions.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management and clients, including variance analysis, cost trends, and schedule impacts.
• Manage change control processes and ensure all variations are properly documented and communicated.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, engineering, and construction teams to integrate data and optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in project controls, including at least 5 years on large-scale infrastructure or metro/rail projects.
• Proficient in project control tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and cost management systems
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
