Join Our Team as a Sr. Denim Merchandiser!

Are you passionate about driving retail success through strategic product management? Do you thrive on analyzing market trends and optimizing inventory to meet consumer demands? We are looking for a Merchandiser to manage product development from concept to order placement. This role is key for coordinating between design, manufacturing, and customer requirements while ensuring high-quality standards and cost efficiency.

SPRING is a leading design and sourcing company operating across Turkey, Europe, and Africa. We supply world-class apparel, footwear, cosmetics, home, and general merchandise products to customers in the UK, Europe, and the US. Our headquarters is based in Istanbul, with a design office in London.

Key Responsibilities:

·Following all stages of production, approvals, capacity planning, CP, and production sites,

·Solving and reporting any nonconformities or errors to their line managers and technical team,

·Closely monitoring production process in coordination with technical and fabric team,

·Guiding the manufacturers about the right product, pattern, and quality,

·Ensuring the systems and processes are used correctly by the manufacturers and the technical team,

·Establishing strong relationship with manufacturers,

·Regularly updating internal data systems,

·Preparing reports for the managers to update them about business progress.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Textile Engineering, Materials Science, or related field,

. Experience in Denim is a must,

·Advanced proficiency in English with strong communication skills,

·Minimum 7 years of experience in textile production,

·Experienced in CP management and production monitoring,

·Commercial awareness and negotiation skills,

·Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail

·Good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach,

·Experience with global sourcing office or brand buying office is a plus,

·Familiar to use Microsoft Office programs and CRM,

·Fluent in English,

·No military obligation for male candidate.
