Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Assistant Specialist to support our Order Control and Coordination team, which operates under the

Parts Operations Department at Doğuş Otomotiv's Parts & Logistics General Center.

Who We Are:

Doğuş Otomotiv is the largest automotive importer in Türkiye, representing leading brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, SKODA, Porsche, and more.

Our Parts & Logistics Center in Şekerpınar supports a wide dealer and service network across Türkiye through one of the largest and most well organized

parts operations in the region.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support the coordination of daily parts orders and deliveries.
  • Track order statuses and follow up on delayed or problematic shipments.
  • Communicate with OEMs, domestic suppliers and authorized dealers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in resolving delivery, invoicing or customs related issues through coordination with internal teams.
  • Keep system records accurate and up to date for operational visibility.
  • Participate in improvement projects and contribute to more efficient supply processes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Management Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs)
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity to learn and motivation to take initiative.
  • Effective communicator and a good team player.
