POSITION DESCRIPTION: CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES REPRESENTATIVELocation: Esenler, Tekstilkent Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Fashion, Labels, Trims & Packaging for the Garment Industry

Position purpose
CHIC-Jointak Group is a global leader in premium labels, packaging, and trims for the garment and fashion industry. We proudly partner with many of the world’s top fashion and retail brands. Headquartered in Hong Kong, we are expanding into new markets and currently seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to support our fast-paced and growing operations in the Euro-Med Region.In this role, you’ll combine sales coordination with hands-on customer service. You’ll also work closely with global teams to meet client needs and help grow our market presence in the garment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Order Processing·
Act as the primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in person; manage, follow up, and process customer orders for labels, trims, and packaging, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction

Sales & Product Support·
Provide tailored quotations, product information, and samples; support sales team with lead generation, account development, and securing new business

Cross-Department Collaboration·
Work closely with production, logistics, design, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client-specific needs

Documentation & Export Coordination·
Prepare necessary export documentation and coordinate with relevant internal and external parties (customs brokers, logistics providers, banks, etc.)

Financial & Inventory Tracking ·
Oversee financial tracking of orders and shipments; engage in planning, reporting, and stock management to support operations and maintain inventory levels

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycleprepare presentations, attend client meetings, and participate in trade fairs

Travel·
Domestic and international travel as required — no travel restrictions

Qualifications·
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)·
Additional certifications or industry-specific training is a plus·
3–5 years of experience in business development, customer service, or sales·
Background in the clothing, textile, or fashion accessories industry is highly desirableExperience in European markets is a strong advantage

Languages: Fluency in English and Turkish is required; French, German, or Italian are strong advantages·
Strong customer service focus, with a client-first mindset·
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to engage with diverse audiences and cultures· Commercial awareness and the ability to evaluate business opportunities from a financial and strategic perspectives· Team-oriented and collaborative, particularly in cross-border settings·
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs and interests.

Additional Requirements
