What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – Production who will join Mechanical Production & Paintshop Team at Dishwasher Plant.

• Supporting the production in accordance with the daily production plan,
• Validating new product references on the press lines,
• Identifying bottleneck zones and requesting program changes,
• Studying quality and cost reduction projects,
• Participating in energy-saving projects,
• Reducing overtime periods,
• Supporting work safety studies.

The position is located in Sincan, Ankara.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related departments,
• Master's degree is a plus,
• Experience in project management,
• Experience in quality & efficiency improvement projects and techniques,
• Knowledge of sheet metal production techniques (cut length, deep drawing, cutting, forming, bending),
• Knowledge of sheet metal die design and revision,
• Knowledge of hydraulic & transfer press and feeding systems,
• Ability to read pneumatic, hydraulic & electrical schemes,
• Knowledge of RPA,
• Experience in managing and implementing energy projects,
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 50001 Standards,
• Responsible for energy management activities, including reporting, improvement opportunities, and targets,
• Responsible for implementing new technology & green energy system projects and sustainability studies,
• Responsible for occupational health and safety improvements,
• Proficient in defining and solving production and quality problems using tools like 6 sigma,
• Leading or participating in maintenance activities and projects,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Siemens NX, and Python,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Market trend awareness and adaptability to new technologies,
• Innovative, open-minded, flexible, and a team player with self-initiative,
• Empathy and strong communication skills.
