About the job

In this context, Sanofi made the decision to evolve its commercial model from GBU-specific country organisations to a more standardized and consistent approach, boosting efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

  • To support the management of importation processes of supply plans within the MCO Eurasia in accordance with Public Market tender commitments and to ensure coordination with Franchise Business Planning Leads

  • Following the import and export processes and transactions of the vaccines, packaging and all necessary products of the Public/Federal Market and Private Market in Eurasia scope with coordination of team

  • Ensuring that necessary permissions are obtained for import and export operations. To ensure the procurement of customs documents, payment documents and all other necessary documents from the domestic and foreign authorities.

  • Following and getting the confirmation of PM (packaging material) versions and artworks from Regulatory Affairs department on time. When there is a change, updating the version of the relevant GMID code in SAP and reporting the "version creation / change form" to the relevant contact and archiving the e-signed report.

  • Planning and coordinating the procurement of the packaging materials required for the handling of vaccines belonging to the Public /Federal Market and Private Market in Türkiye, ensuring of the creation of purchase orders, working align with the Purchasing department for the materials and delivery on time.

  • Creating the purchase orders for Private Market products in the SAP system, to inform the required Departments. Creating the orders required for the operations such as overtime for handling operations to be performed at the Contractor Supplier and to inform the relevant contacts

  • Coordinating the communication with the transporter and contracted customs agency and following the arrival of the products to the relevant warehouse, ensuring that the payments will be done.

  • Blocking of used and unused products’ GMID codes in SAP system, annual identification for the transfer prices in SAP system and performing all the necessary actions in regards with SAP/GMID

  • Coordinating the shipment plan, preparing the e-invoice and the other required documents and informing all the relevant units.

  • Execute the necessary actions and follow-ups related to I Shift at the Eurasia level, and to closely oversee the processes in collaboration with the respective Franchise Business Planning Leads

About you

  • A proven experience in managing complex issues and situations, bringing all the needed stakeholder together to identify a solution

  • Experience in demand planning or supply planning and customer support is a plus

  • Proven ability to operate across different business models

  • Role model of PTWbehaviours

  • Good understanding of Regulatory constraints, Supply flows and customer relation principles

  • Fluent in English and local language
