Position: Logistics Specialist

Location: Kastamonu facilities

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Logistics or International Trade departments
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international shipping (road, air, sea - container and bulk)
• Strong logistics portfolio in transportation and storage
• Advanced English proficiency
• Ability to plan transportation and reporting processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Preferably experienced with ERP programs
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented and team player
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Kastamonu

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate logistics to ensure materials arrive at the desired location on time and communicate with the warehouse for product delivery
• Manage all import and export processes end-to-end
• Ensure timely and accurate approval of shipping invoices
• Prepare periodic reports on payments and shipping plans
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Create reports on processes and efficiencies
• Implement cost-reduction strategies in logistics processes
