The Warranty Spend Reduction Team Member analyzes large warranty data sets, identifies issues causing high warranty costs through data analysis, and establishes cost-reducing solutions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing monthly warranty performance reports by consolidating data from relevant stakeholders and optimizing reporting tools and processes.
2. Supporting real-time warranty data and analysis needs of internal teams, dealers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
3. Managing the dealer scorecard process, providing real-time guidance, and delivering training to improve service quality.
4. Analyzing large warranty data to identify root causes of increased expenditures and providing proactive insights.
5. Leading digitalization initiatives in warranty reporting and developing innovative analytical methods and tools.
6. Developing data-driven analysis methods to identify improvements that increase customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
7. Supporting vehicle CPU and warranty budgeting processes with accurate data.
8. Collaborating with PVT/PD and Quality teams to forecast warranty spend based on vehicle improvements and feedback.
9. Developing SQL queries and providing technical support to enhance data access and analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience or proficiency in SQL, Tableau, SAP BI, Python, or similar tools is preferred.
• Willingness to learn data analysis and intermediate SQL skills.
• Creative thinking, proactive approach, and basic automotive system knowledge.
• Strong process development, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English is preferred.
• B class driver license and willingness to travel.
