Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Manager Operational Enablement to join our international Care Delivery International (CDI) team—the organization responsible for managing Fresenius Medical Care’s dialysis clinic operations across the EMEA and APAC regions.

As a key bridge between corporate and country leadership, you will support the rollout and adoption of corporate operational initiatives. This individual contributor role plays a strategic function in guiding countries through the implementation of cross-regional projects, monitoring performance, and enabling a culture of continuous improvement across our clinical operations. You will collaborate closely with local business leaders and senior leadership to ensure engagement, alignment, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of CDI initiatives by piloting, executing, rolling out, and coordinating efforts, including the development and application of governance tools, performance frameworks, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate and contribute to cross-country projects focused on operational transformation, integration, and efficiency improvement.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders to drive adoption of tools and processes, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Provide operational input into budget planning, resource prioritization, and capacity utilization strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for scaling.
  • Deliver coaching, expertise, and practical support to country operations teams with focus on clinic profitability, efficiency, quality & safety
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across countries and functions to foster trust and long-term collaboration.

  • Highly analytical, with experience solving operational challenges through structured methods.
  • Experienced in operations, with a background in project management, finance business partnering, or clinic/business operations in healthcare industry
  • Diplomatic and credible, able to build trust with senior leaders and influence across functions and cultures.
  • Adaptable and resilient, comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a multinational environment.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused, committed to sustainable impact and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in operations, consulting, or financial planning & analysis in a healthcare environment
  • Experience in Project Management, Operational Management, Data Analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA (~30%).
