Qualifications:
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment, and provide application support.

- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.

- Experience as a Field Service & Application Engineer.

- Committed, reliable, able to take responsibility, and hands-on.

  • Other Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Physics, Physics Engineering, or related faculties.

- Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Completed military service.

- Trainings will mostly take place in Ankara and Germany.

- Valid Driving License.

- No travel restrictions.

  • Summary of Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service and application support, both remotely and onsite.

- Coordinate, manage, and carry out new installations, repairs, and maintenance jobs.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose system faults or technical problems.

- Service contract sales.

  • Essential Functions:

- Conduct equipment troubleshooting, analysis, and debugging in support of installation or operation activities.

- Provide training for customers and users on system operation and maintenance.

- Complete and submit field service reports.

- Cooperate with sales and application teams and share information across the organization.

- Maintain good relationships with customers through well-planned activities, reports, meetings, and positive interactions.

  • Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintenance contract sales.

- Other aftermarket sales, e.g., spare parts, upgrade parts.
