Our leading client in the home textile industry, who is seeking an experienced "Customer Service Representative" to join their dynamic team in greater Denizli.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out follow-up activities for a key global home furnishings client via their internal customer platform.
• Reviewing new specifications and documentation, sharing them with relevant departments when necessary, and ensuring approvals are provided through the system.
• Keeping the system up-to-date with accurate and current information.
• Monitoring sample processes and order tracking.
• Coordinating product development activities with the production team for incoming orders. Preparing related project files, presentations, and documentation in line with client requirements.
• Managing and finalizing projects in collaboration with internal project teams.
• Communicating customer expectations and requests to relevant departments and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Supporting business development efforts by attending international fairs, customer visits, and conducting market research to acquire new clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in companies supplying home textile products to a major Scandinavian retailer
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong team player
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for fairs and client visits
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Denizli
